With over a decade of experience as an educator, ensuring a future for the lives of Black youth is a passion of mine. While pursuing my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida- St Petersburg, I became especially interested in achieving educational equity. Since then, I have worked as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion practitioner training people from a variety of sectors on bias and racism.
